Shipping policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 working hours. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Dispatch and Delivery

We ship across India through Bluedart and Delhivery. Once your order is dispatched, you receive a tracking link on WhatsApp, SMS and email. Delivery usually takes 5 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is free on all prepaid orders. Cash on Delivery orders carry a handling fee of ₹130, added at checkout.

Cash on Delivery

COD is available on serviceable pincodes and can be checked at checkout. Prepaid orders also get an extra 10% off, so paying online works out cheaper on both counts.

Failed Deliveries

Our courier partner attempts delivery up to three times. If the parcel is refused or stays undelivered, it returns to our warehouse and any prepaid amount is refunded once it reaches us.

Incorrect Address

Please check your address and phone number at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incomplete addresses or unreachable phone numbers.

Delays Outside Our Control

Weather, strikes, regional restrictions and courier backlogs can affect delivery. We will keep you updated if your order is impacted.
